MECHATRONICS APPLICATION
 

ROBOTICS:
 

Mechatronics is the field, associated with Robotics. The basic of Robotics is the construction, programming, mechanism, joints, sensors etc. are covered in Mechatronics. Mechatronics includes robot motion control, fundamental of robot technology-anatomy, work volume drive system, End effectors, robot sensor, peripherals and basic control system of robotics.
It also includes the basic practical robots like SCOROBOT and PUMA ROBOT, which have already being used in industries.Robot cell design, Robot cell layout, multiple robot and machine interface and economic analysis of robotics.
 

AUTOMATION:
 

In this field by having the basic knowledge of robotics, microcontroller and PLC system, various degree of automation can be given to particular machine or transfer line or assembly line.
Automated Guided vehicle, Automated storage and retrieval system can be used in industries to provide the safety transport and storage of the materials/goods or products within the industry.
We can get higher accuracy and higher finishing in less time compared to conventional machine. e.g. CNC lathe machine is better than conventional lathe machine.
 

INDUSTRIAL APPLICATIONS:
 

Now a days, Many small and medium scale industries are turned into automatic plant. They have been increasing the production without compromising the quality, also the profit margin can be increased only installation or first settlement is bit high in case of automated plant.
The best example of automated plant is BALAJI NAMAKEEN situated at rajkot, Gujarat.
 

HYDRAULICS AND PNEUMATICS:
 

Hydraulics can be used in automobile industry, heavy engineering and many more field. The hydro pneumatics and electro hydraulics these two new emerging field will be utilized widely in industrial arena.
